What locations do you ship to?
Lucky for you, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders over €39 for a limited time! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion while it lasts (normally, we only offer free shipping for orders exceeding €39). We package and ship orders to nearly every country around the world, though transit time will vary depending on your location.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible from our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest available shipping method for your location. We typically take 1–3 business days to handle and process your order.
The usual delivery timeframe is 6–20 business days, though you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are beyond our control.
Additional factors such as distance, customs clearance, or natural events may cause further delays.
Tracking information, including the shipping carrier, is provided with every order. All orders are insured, so if your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes! Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. Please note that occasional delays may occur beyond our control, such as postal backlogs or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Every order is shipped with insured tracking to prevent lost packages. If your order is lost in transit, held at customs, or returned to us for any reason, we’ve got you covered!
While postal services are beyond our control once the package leaves our warehouse, we will, whenever possible, resend your package with priority shipping and full tracking—free of charge.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our website are listed in euros (EUR), and we cover all applicable taxes on our end at the time of shipment.
However, depending on your location and local laws, you may be responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our pricing.
Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by your local customs department. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
